Milestone 8 (Mar. 30, 2021) Introduction This week is a regular check-up, each of us reported what we did last week and what we will do this week. Milestone 7 (Mar. 23, 2021) Introduction This week's meeting we did our post-beta reflection and listed what is left to do for the final. We have three weeks left to the final so we need to make sure everyone has their hands full and can finish their stuff on time.  Meeting Minutes(post-beta reflection) -Mar. 22nd, 2021 8pm-8:30pm Totem pole,  House,  Texture for house in museum,  In museum there were extra models outside walls so deleting or separating them, Multi-user interaction,  Functioning teleportation system,  Adding door to museum,  Huge entrance space that needs to be filled (with tables and texture of a map and move map picture from wall to table),  Looking at totem pole for long enough a dialogue pops up (text popup),  Audio when you click on stands and popups,  Glowing interactive items when looked at,  Finding music (bronwen knows ambient website),  Adding lighting,  Readjusting sizes (scale so 1.6m high, ruler tool in maya to make sure its the right size) Next Week&#

  Milestone 6 (Mar. 16, 2021) Introduction This Friday we have the Beta presentation, the topic for this week is to prepare for it. We decide to focus on the museum part for the beta. Will try our best to realize the pick-up items and the click board user interaction. Model and texture will make for the museum first. In today's meeting, we listed all the stuff that needs to be done by Friday for the presentation.     Milestone 5 (Mar. 9, 2021) Introduction This week we are working on the works that have been assigned last week. In the discussion, many of us encounter problems and issues. I will focus on my job and figure out the solution by searching online and ask the professor. The modellers said that they will help each other out.  Next week is the Beta presentation. Next Monday we will have our meeting and then will start merging scenes together and prepare for the Beta test and presentation.   Milestone 4 (Mar. 2, 2021) Introduction Last week we started blocking out the environment. This week we will continue to work on that. I introduced the Mozilla Hub to the group so we can look into it and see if we can use it for our project. The plan for this week is the group will start looking for patterns in painting, our primary focus on modelling and coding. We separate as the model and coding group. The model group will find models final by next Monday (triangle count), start creating some models on Maya. The coding team will get the blocking done by next week.
